4th BGB § 170 of the Criminal Code as a protective act for the support of the maintenance savings bank
Decision 11.05.2010, IX ZB 163/09§ 170 of the Criminal Code provides a protection law is also in favor of the support of the maintenance payment fund which has done instead of the maintenance debtor maintenance.
The claim of the country against the Unterhaltspflichtverletzer for reimbursement of maintenance paid to his place remains untouched by the issue of the remaining debts when it was registered as a claim in tort to the table.
